COMPARATIVE FORM OF ADJECTIVES

When we talk about what we like or prefer and give our opinios, we often compare:

Things - Their car is newer than ours.
People - She's more intelligent than her sister.
Place - New York is older than San Francisco.
Sizes - That house is bigger than mine.
Experiences - This book is more interesting than the one i read last month.


ADVERBS OF TIME

Adverbs of time use when talking about events in the past, we normally make reference to the sequence of the events.


SIMPLE FUTURE TENSE

Structure of the simple future
Pronoun + auxiliary verb  + main verb + complement
WILL  (base form)

TIME EXPRESSIONS USED IN THE PAST TENSE

Yesterday. Today is December 25.Yesterday was December24.

Period of time (ago). Iwent my uncle two days ago.Rodrigo arrived one hour ago.They visited Monterrey two years ago.



SUPERLATIVE ADJECTIVES

We use the superlative adjective to indicate that one of a group is outstanding in a particular way.

The blue bag is cheaper than the red bag and it´s the nicest
